  • Writing Jobs

Writing jobs are not aways easy to come by so when you do find yourself with a project I have found the following tips help in getting repeat work.

    1. Make sure you understand the brief and stick to it.
    2. Always submit work by the stated deadline.
    3. If you do have a problem notify the client straight away to say
how long you expect to be.
    4. Don't leave it til the last minute to do this other than in the most
    extreme emergencies.
    5. Always proofread your work and never ever copy and paste from
    somewhere else

These things are not a guarantee of further writing jobs but they will go a long way towards it. In the meantime happy writing and you may want to check this out .

  • Freelancing Time

Writing for a living means that freelancing time is time when a writer should be working. Unfortunately other people don't seem to understand, or won't accept that just because you are at home does not mean you are available to perform favours or to entertain guests.

Just lately I have also taken to putting the answerphone on and only answering those calls that really need my time. At the moment I have a stack of work to get through and not enough time to do it. This has not been helped by people who do not understand that working from home is still working

  • Write For Cash

Have you ever thought of turning your skills into cash and working at home as a freelance writer? If you write well and can write fast then there are plenty of jobs to be had writing web content.:D

Many website owners need content for their sites but do either not have the time or the skills to write their own content, so they pay others to do it for them. I have been writing web content now for about a year and if you can type more than thirty words a minute then you can make it pay. Try doing a websearch for freelance writing or webcontent writers if that's what you might like to do.
